A wellbeing reset for the New Year

deemort6

We often think about a reset for the New Year, turning over a new leaf, but do we think about this in the concept of our wellbeing. Our own wellbeing is a something that we should consider as our number one priority when we set goals or resolutions at the beginning of this year.

Personally I think we should be kind to ourselves and think about what is reasonably achievable. From experience I have said to myself, right New Year, new me but often set unrealistic goals that lead to me laughing at myself by March, because my good intentions never followed through.

I have decided that this year I will set myself a few achievable goals that I know I can do come March. I can review and set myself some more challenges so I don’t feel overwhelmed as I start 2025. Much of my goals will be based around my clients and my own well being.

  • Goal number one - to make time for my health so that I’m physically and mentally good for all my clients.

  • Goal number two - after investing in my development and training in 2024 I want to use these wonderful skills in my practice and to continue exploring more ways to improve my treatments to all my lovely clients.

  • Goal number three - is to communicate more with my clients and focus on their wellbeing not only through my treatment but in hints and tips on my social media.

I’m looking forward to seeing you all in 2025 and I’m wishing you all a happy and healthy New Year. Lots of love Dee x
