Mind, Body and Soul

Helping women during menopause

I know what it is to be a menopausal woman. So I'm committed to helping my clients manage their menopause symptoms and improve their overall wellness. Through the use of reflexology, you can find the relief you need from hot flashes, night sweats, and other side effects of menopause.

Try facial reflexology to relax you or ask for a mixed treatment

Facial reflexology is a soothing, non-invasive therapy that applies pressure to specific points on the face, promoting the body’s natural healing abilities. It operates on the same concepts as foot and hand reflexology and offers several benefits, including:

  • Inducing relaxation and a sense of well-being.

  • Stimulating reflex points.

  • Balancing blood circulation and lymphatic drainage.

  • Increasing collagen and elastin production.

I offer a range of treatments to tailor my clients needs. Some prefer a full hour of facial reflexology, whilst others prefer a combined treatment 30 mins facial and 30 mins of foot reflexology.

Fertility and pregnancy

I was trained by Susanne Enzer the mother of maternity reflexology. I provide a safe and nurturing environment for women to connect with their bodies and embrace their journey through fertility and pregnancy. Over the years, I've had the privilege of helping many women prepare themselves for pregnancy, and guide them through the different stages of pregnancy, ensuring they have the tools they need to feel confident during each step of the way.

Helping clients manage stress and anxiety

Stress can significantly impact your mental and physical health. If you find yourself feeling overwhelmed and anxious, reflexology may be able to help. Using pressure on specific points of the body, reflexology can stimulate the body's natural healing remedies. Known for its vast array of benefits, reflexology is a non-invasive technique that offers a safe and effective way to alleviate stress and anxiety.
